PJ Dick provided Construction Management at Risk services for construction of a new, 38,000-sf two-story cancer center. This hospital project included a radiation oncology program with one linear accelerator (and space for one future), PET/CT, and HDR. This hospital also included a medical oncology program with exam rooms, infusion therapy suite, family lounge, pharmacy, and administrative space. The building was designed to accommodate future expansion.
