PJ Dick provided construction management services at risk for this 53,000-square-foot renovation. This space robotics facility designs, builds, and tests lunar landers and rovers, and includes clean rooms, test facilities, lab spaces, and a mission control room, as well as offices, conference rooms, and a cafeteria.

Frick Environmental Center

At just 15,500 square feet, this facility is one of the greenest projects we have constructed. As part of the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy, the Frick Environmental Center is certified as a “Living Building” and a LEED Platinum building and has won numerous other awards including Sustainable Project of the Year in 2017.

Animal Rescue League Shelter Exterior

Animal Rescue League Shelter

Our team provided construction management at risk services for this 35,000-square-foot building for the Animal Rescue League and Wildlife Center. Guided by LEED sustainable building standards, PJ Dick constructed the facility to include a veterinary clinic, surgery rooms, administrative offices, animal spaces, and an outdoor play area.

Ace Hotel Interior Common Space

Ace Hotel

This renovation project transformed a former 100-year-old YMCA building into a classy, contemporary hotel with 63 guest rooms, a restaurant, a ballroom, and a gym. Our goal included keeping as many of the historical features while bringing the building up to code.
