Construction Quality and Craftsmanship

At PJ Dick, excellence and craftsmanship are the result of an intentional process designed to keep everyone accountable, track every step of progress, and verify each project goal meets or exceeds the highest standards.

Construction Quality from Start to Finish

What seems like a straightforward project can be quite complex and involve the work of hundreds of people. Over the years we’ve built — and are constantly improving — an internal process to verify craftsmanship is top notch.

Some additional practices we use to provide a quality project include:

Quality Construction Means Building Safely

The quality of our work goes hand in hand with safety. At PJ Dick, we practice an extensive list of protocols and rules to protect our team, partners, and the public.

PJ Dick’s Quality program includes activity hazard analyses during pre-installation meetings. When we understand how to build something the right way, we are also reducing safety risk. From careful planning to empowering employees to integrate safety into their everyday work, you can always be confident that the highest levels of quality and safety are always in place.

Quality Control Plan

PJ Dick’s quality program is based on the Deming Cycle: Plan, Do, Check, Act. Our on-site team works with our quality director to develop a quality management program that specifies areas of construction that are most critical to the building’s successful operation.

Our quality and on-site teams focus on areas of high risk to protect your investments. We identify and closely manage areas of a building that are known industry wide to require precise attention to detail, including:
