PJ Dick’s Quality program includes activity hazard analyses during pre-installation meetings. When we understand how to build something the right way, we are also reducing safety risk. From careful planning to empowering employees to integrate safety into their everyday work, you can always be confident that the highest levels of quality and safety are always in place.
Quality Control Plan
PJ Dick’s quality program is based on the Deming Cycle: Plan, Do, Check, Act. Our on-site team works with our quality director to develop a quality management program that specifies areas of construction that are most critical to the building’s successful operation.
