Department of Veterans Affairs Residential Villas
PJ Dick has built apartments, dormitories, and residence halls, as well as several types of military housing. PJ Dick was the general contractor for construction of 61,000 square feet of residential villas and a 75,000-square-foot administration building.
This expansive, 130,000-square-foot project includes a certified LEED Silver administration building plus dining, recreational, and educational facilities along with six residential buildings.

The team at PJ Dick partners with city and county law enforcement agencies to construct forensic laboratories, which include state-of-the-art laboratory equipment, spaces for biology (DNA), chemistry, firearms, latent prints, and document analysis, as well as a photography lab.

This impressive, 198,000-square-foot, six-story medical facility was awarded LEED Silver certification and connects to the existing VA hospital built in the 1950s.
PJ Dick has been the contractor for multiple correctional facilities, including both minimum- and maximum-security prisons, including cells, security fencing, healthcare facilities, recreational areas, offices, central plants, garage, and maintenance buildings.
