We managed the construction of the Chuck Cooper Fieldhouse on Duquesne’s campus. The new 23,000-square-foot facility enhances the fan experience with a club lounge, concessions, a full-service kitchen, luxury boxes, scoreboards, and other high-tech features.

PJ Dick upgraded a century-old dining hall to provide modern amenities while retaining the building’s historic architectural elements. The family-like atmosphere and historic setting of Lowe Dining Hall create a bustling, enjoyable dining experience and gathering area for the student body.

Academic Facilities

We provided construction management at risk services for CMU’s new 295,000-square-foot Tepper Quadrangle building, which features the largest bubble deck construction in the eastern United States. CMU also entrusted us to build Scaife Hall, Gates & Hillman Center, Posner Hall, Doherty Hall, and Collaborative Innovation Center.

PJ Dick partnered with Point Park University to build a new performance theater to support the university’s theater program and provide a venue for community patrons to enjoy the arts.

West Virginia University Building Exterior

Reynolds Hall / College of Business and Economics

WVU partnered with PJ Dick to build Reynolds Hall, home to the university’s College of Economics and Business. The new building features 4,000 square feet of collaborative space. Our team also provided general construction services to build the school’s Student Health and College of Physical Activities and Sports Sciences (CPASS) as well as the $35 million renovation of Milan Puskar Stadium.

Agricultural Sciences Building

WVU enlisted our general construction services for their new 201,000-square-foot classroom and lab building for their agricultural sciences division.

PJ Dick is building a 115,000-square-foot addition and performing 47,000 square feet of renovations to the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Medicine Building. The new building includes new labs academic classrooms, and a lecture hall.
