Duquesne University hired PJ Dick to build their modern 23,000-square-foot sports facility on campus. It features 3,500 seats, a club lounge, luxury boxes, concessions, HD video boards, and four fan corners — all designed to bring the game to life like never before.

Peterson Sports Complex and Addition

PJ Dick constructed a 20,000-sf expansion of an existing support building at the Petersen Sports Complex. The project includes new locker rooms, coaches’ offices, team meeting spaces, and new MEP systems.

This $35 million all-purpose facility at Robert Morris University gave the school an ultra-contemporary and mega-functional sports venue. The eye-catching building contains a 180,000-square-foot basketball arena, strength and conditioning rooms, a practice court, locker rooms, an 11,000-square-foot conference space, and a practice court.

The new yet already iconic playhouse gives Point Park University a one-of-a-kind facility for hosting a wide variety of events. The jaw-dropping 92,000-square-foot building in downtown Pittsburgh features an impressive collection of three-theater spaces, a sound stage, prop shop, costume shop, and cafe.

PJ Dick was proud to provide construction management services for this unique project — a baseball field and support facilities for differently abled teams and players. Its custom-designed rubberized field surface is wheelchair friendly.

Peterson Events Center

The renovation of the Petersen Events Center’s basketball suite proved to be a triumph in fast-tracking. With the venue fully occupied during construction, the PJ Dick team began design in January and was fully finished by September 1. Our construction management at risk services involves careful logistics planning and coordination.

Jerome Schottenstein Center and Ohio Stadium

For a perennially winning school like Ohio State, building a new multipurpose area demanded the best construction possible. PJ Dick served as general trades contractor for the project, a 588,000-square-foot facility with a sports hall of fame, auxiliary gym, locker and dressing rooms, and 52 luxury suites for donors.

Jerome Schottenstein Center and Ohio Stadium

This state-of-the-art, veteran-owned facility features a world-class indoor shooting range, training center, and firearm superstore. Built for both first-timers and seasoned shooters, the site can accommodate classes and private events. PJ Dick worked closely with the owners to meet their unique safety specifications.
