PJ Dick provided general contractor services for the new 140,000-sf, 120-unit assisted living facility that is connected to an existing 140-bed skilled nursing facility. Work included 17,000-sf of renovations to the skilled nursing facility, the expansion of existing kitchen and dining area and an activity room. The project received funding from the U. S. Department of Agriculture. The three-story, non-combustible structure utilizes prefabricated load bearing metal frame wall panels and Hambro floor system. The exterior is a mix of stone veneer, EIFS, and cementitious siding creating a Country Farmhouse style.
