Terrace Place at Vincentian

PJ Dick provided Construction Management at risk services to the Vincentian Collaborative System during the construction of an active senior living community. The project included a 91-unit, independent living apartment complex for people 55 years of age or older. This project emphasized nature through balconies, patios, and recreational trails as the goal of Terrace Place is for the residents to enjoy life through community and nature.
