VA Cares Consolidation Building NO. 29

PJ Dick provided general construction services for the construction of a new sf health care building for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The 198,000-sf, 81-bed health facility provides both outpatient services and inpatient care.  The $77.9 million project consists of six stories and one partial ground level, and one partial basement level intended to link the West stair and elevators with the existing structure. The project received LEED Silver certification through the USGBC.
