Overview

PJ Dick is providing general construction services for the BNY Mellon
CSC Building lobby renovation project, which includes refurbishment
of the existing lobby spanning the first and second floors, adding a
Starbucks retail store on the ground floor, and the reconfiguration of
the two-story high façade at the Ross Street side of the existing lobby
space.
