First Tee of Greater Philadelphia Walnut Lane ClubHouse

PJ Dick provided general construction services for the renovations of the existing clubhouse interior and additions to First Tee of Greater Philadelphia’s Walnut Lane Golf Clubhouse, now named the Michael J. Brown Learning Center. The facility features learning space, a golf simulator, pro shop space, a cafe and dining area, and an outdoor patio.

The addition increased the building footprint by nearly 3,000 sf, and site improvements include pavement and relocating miscellaneous amenities.
