Dick Building Company and PJ Dick, Inc., a Joint Venture, provided Construction Management services for the 12,000-square-foot, $2 million tenant interior fitout of Willis Towers Watson’s new office space at 1735 Market Street in Philadelphia. The project featured a modern Activity-Based Working (ABW) environment with flexible workstations, collaboration spaces, focus rooms, conference rooms, employee locker areas, and an interconnecting staircase designed to support flexibility and workplace collaboration.
