Penn State Behrend Erie Hall

PJ Dick provided Construction Management at Risk services for the $28 million demolition of the existing 26,000-square-foot Erie Hall and construction of a new 52,700-square-foot sports and wellness center. Completed in 2023, the facility features a three-court gymnasium, fitness and aerobics rooms, training areas, and support spaces for the college’s NCAA Division III athletic teams. The new building expands campus recreation and wellness offerings, while also housing the Personal Counseling office to support health programming and workshops.
