PJ Dick provided Construction Management at Risk services for a 259,000-square-foot, five-story apartment building featuring 173 units and an integral two-level parking garage. The development includes a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units with flexible layouts, premium finishes, fully equipped kitchens, and private outdoor spaces such as Juliette balconies or patios.

The project offers a range of amenities, including a fitness center, resident lounge, heated sundeck, and bicycle storage, and achieved LEED Gold certification. Completed between November 2014 and June 2015, the $20 million development reflects a high-quality, sustainable residential environment.
