Overview

PJ Dick provided Construction Management at Risk services for a six-story, mixed-use apartment building in Pittsburgh’s East Liberty neighborhood. The $14.8 million project includes 78 residential units—ranging from micro to two-bedroom apartments—above 16,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurant space.

The development features high-end amenities such as a fitness center, business center, pet areas, and an outdoor sundeck with entertainment space. The building incorporates a blend of materials, including metal panels, EIFS, brick, storefront systems, and a salvaged historic façade integrated into the retail level. PJ Dick successfully navigated challenging underground obstructions and coordinated construction to seamlessly connect with an adjacent residential building, completing the project between December 2014 and June 2016.
