Western PA Surgery Center

PJ Dick, Inc., provided CM at Risk services for the construction of a new 45,000-square-foot, two-story private surgery center completed in 2021. The $17.3 million facility included four operating rooms, two procedure rooms, and 21 pre- and post-recovery spaces on the first floor, while the second floor featured physicians’ offices, 18 exam rooms, cast and procedure rooms, x-ray and hydrotherapy spaces, rehabilitation therapy areas, laboratory services, and patient waiting areas. The project also included ophthalmology same-day surgery suites designed to support specialized outpatient care.
