Overview

PJ Dick provided CM at Risk services for a multi-phase athletic facility addition completed in November 2020. The project included a 26,521-square-foot addition with new lacrosse and auxiliary locker rooms, public restrooms, and storage space on the first floor, as well as second-floor locker rooms for coaches and officials. A new 15,500-square-foot third floor was also added, creating meeting rooms and five office suites for Pitt’s NCAA Division I baseball, softball, lacrosse, and men’s and women’s soccer teams. The building remained occupied throughout construction, requiring careful coordination to maintain ongoing athletic operations.
