Louis Anthony Jewelers

PJ Dick provided CM at Risk services for the $2.4 million fit-out and expansion of Louis Anthony Jewelers at a shopping plaza in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania. The 7,000-square-foot project included a complete fit-out of 2,000 square feet of adjacent vacant shell space, as well as renovations to the existing 5,000-square-foot retail store. Work was completed in an active shopping plaza adjacent to operating storefronts and along high-traffic State Route 19, requiring careful coordination to minimize disruption to neighboring tenants, customers, and daily retail operations.
