Overview
PJ Dick provided Construction Management at Risk services for the adaptive reuse of a 100-year-old, 140,000-sf rope and cable warehouse into high-tech, Class A office space and 35,000 sf of ground level detail. The project also included the conversion of the basement into a fleet garage for an autonomous technology company. The project also included construction of an adjacent 178-stall parking garage.
