Homewood Suites

PJ Dick provided Construction Management at Risk services for a new nine-story, 150,000-sf hotel with an integral parking garage located in the Strip District of Pittsburgh. The hotel includes 150 suite rooms, a pool, fitness room, and an outdoor terrace. PJ Dick self-performed the concrete and installation of doors, frames, hardware, and miscellaneous specialty items.
