PJ Dick provided Construction Management at Risk services for the construction and fitout of the 25-story, 780,000-sf Three PNC Plaza mixed-use development in downtown Pittsburgh. The project includes 360,000 sf of office space, a 180-room hotel, condominium shell spaces, and structured parking, as well as amenity spaces such as a fitness center and spa, ballroom, restaurant, and coffee shop.
