Renovation of the existing lobby spanning two levels, adding a Starbucks retail store on the ground floor, and the reconfiguration of the two-story high façade at the Ross Street side of the existing lobby space. Construction occurred in an occupied building in downtown Pittsburgh. Scaffolds were erected in the two-story atrium above the entryway escalators to perform overhead work while maintaining use of the main entrance.
