The complete building infrastructure was upgraded to allow for a “plug and play” strategy for future building modifications, and all new MEP systems. Phase I renovation consisted of renovating approximately 192,500-sf and providing an addition of 43,000-sf. Two new mezzanines were added on the sub-basement level and 2nd Floor Auditorium level.
