Overview

PJ Dick provided general construction services for multiple phases of renovations at Cathedral Village, performed within a fully occupied senior living community. Extensive preconstruction planning and coordination were required to ensure construction activities did not disrupt residents’ daily operations, while maintaining strict safety protocols.

Phase II included exterior enhancements, new lighting, and a 200,000-square-foot, two-story building addition. Phase III featured a new bus drop-off, entry and façade renovations, corridor upgrades, and selective demolition. Phase IV, currently underway, includes corridor renovations in Buildings G and H, along with a new domestic water service across the campus. Through careful scheduling and collaboration, PJ Dick successfully delivered each phase on time and within budget while preserving resident comfort and safety.
