Overview

PJ Dick provided Construction Management at Risk services for the construction of a 30,000-sf STEM buildin for Central Catholic High School. The four-story, state-of-the art facility houses the school’s science, technology, engineering and math curriculum. It includes 12 rooms that can function as classrooms and labs.  The new building connects the upper and lower campus with an elevator and exterior ramps connect the lower campus gym, parking, and athletic field with the upper campus quad and main buildings.
