PJ Dick provided Construction Management at Risk services for a 295,000-sf Carnegie Mellon University business school building located within the Tepper quadrangle.

The building included space for classrooms, student socialization, faculty offices, Ph.D. offices,  administrative/support offices, as well as a science of learning center, athletics, dining hall, welcome center and space for future program growth. The Tepper School of Business also has an underground parking garage and load­ing dock. Both the Entrepreneurship Center and the Science of Learning Center can be found within the building.
