PJ Dick provided Construction Management at Risk services for the fitout and renovation of a historic space into 10,000-sf office space for Coscia Moos Architecture. The overall design preserved elements of the existing architecture, including the windows, herringbone walnut floors, chandeliers, and extensive millwork detailing, while still creating a functional space that meets the professional, technological, and cultural needs of a modern firm. The project won AIA Philadelphia’s 2022 Merit Award for Interior Architecture in the Built Category.
