Overview

PJ Dick provided Construction Management at Risk services for construction of a new 72,000-sf Science and Engineering Building at Grove City College. The three-story structure is steel with a brick and cast stone facade with a lower level. The building houses classrooms, chemistry labs, biology labs, an engineering lab, a vivarium, an auditorium, faculty offices and meeting spaces. Also included in the project are renovations and upgrades to the existing central utility plant, demolition of existing lecture hall, rerouting of existing site utilities, roadways and sidewalk.  Construction occurred on an active university Campus.
