PJ Dick provided general contracting services for the renovation and addition work to two areas of the existing Jewish Association on Aging (JAA) facility (Charles M. Norris Nursing and Rehab Center). The major focus of the project was the renovation of approximately 17,403-sf of an existing nursing care facility space, including the addition of a new living room/gathering space and three porch additions to the southwest portion of the lower level of the complex. The project included renovation of the service kitchen and dining areas.
