PJ Dick provided Construction Management at risk services for a 21,000-sf indoor gun range and retail facility. The facility specializes in the sales of new and used firearms, a variety of ammunition including hard-to-find items, optics, Class 3 items, and suppressors. The facility also features two large classrooms, a gunsmith, 24 shooting lanes, and two modern video simulation shooting ranges.
