Overview
PJ Dick is managing construction of a new, 100,000-sf, multi-story music venue on the Lower Hill in Pittsburgh. The free-standing building is being constructed a block away from PPG Paints Arena, which PJ Dick completed in 2010.
The cutting-edge music venue will accommodate 4,500 concert-goers and include performance spaces, audience areas, and backstage facilities . It will also be available for special events.
The project includes Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) funding and will follow Community Collaboration Implementation Program (CCIP) requirements.
