PJ Dick managed construction of a new, 40,000-sf, five-story, 36-unit apartment building in Pittsburgh’s Hill District. The first floor includes structural steel and concrete parking garage with floors of two to five wood framed apartments. The project began with demolition of the existing four-story structure, which included asbestos removal. The building is designed to meet the Enterprise Green Communities criteria and was constructed with Low Income Housing Tax Credits.
