Overview
PJ Dick provided preconstruction and Construction Management services for the $87.8 million additions and renovations to Mt. Lebanon High School, completed over a 4.5-year period while the facility remained fully operational. The project included 200,000 square feet of renovations and a 286,000-square-foot addition featuring a new academic science wing and a comprehensive athletic complex with a swimming pool, competition gym, auxiliary gyms, and locker facilities.
Renovations also encompassed existing academic and performance spaces, including two auditoriums and the original four-story classroom wing, while select areas were demolished to accommodate new parking and tennis courts. PJ Dick supported the district through an extensive preconstruction effort, including multiple estimates, value engineering, constructability reviews, and detailed phasing plans.
