MVHC Cambridge Medical Office Building

PJ Dick, Inc., provided Construction Management services for the construction of a new 50,000-square-foot, three-story medical office building. The facility provides adult and pediatric care, dental services, OBGYN services, and ophthalmology same-day surgery suites within a modern outpatient healthcare environment. During preconstruction, the team identified key design modifications that reduced project costs by nearly $2 million, and throughout construction successfully managed the budget by absorbing approximately $1 million in subcontractor change order costs while limiting owner change orders to approximately $250,000.
