PJ Dick provided Construction Management at Risk services for RIZ Development for the construction of Mylan’s 265,000-sf Corporate Headquarters. The building, which houses approximately 500 employees, features the latest in workplace technology and design. Open workspaces allow for employees to collaborate, while quiet rooms exist to serve those who may have a different work style. Other workspaces include a library, high-tech project rooms, huddle rooms, and lounge spaces.

Additional features include an onsite cafe, multipurpose conference rooms, and both interior and exterior water features. Sustainable building features including providing preferred parking for low emitting / fuel-efficient vehicles, bicycle storage, reduced water use fixtures, lighting controls, and waste management program to name a few.
