Pressley Ridge Day School Phased Renovations

PJ Dick provided preconstruction and Construction Management at Risk services for the $16.6 million, 57,000-square-foot, three-phase renovation of Pressley Ridge’s day school, completed within an occupied specialized education facility. The project included comprehensive MEP system upgrades and required detailed coordination with facility personnel to maintain uninterrupted operations. Extensive safety measures were implemented, including strict separation of construction and academic spaces and a multi-step clearance process for all subcontractors. Through proactive communication and a collaborative, open-book approach, PJ Dick successfully delivered the project in alignment with the original GMP, on schedule and within budget.
