Overview

PJ Dick provided Construction Management at Risk services for the tenant office space fitout for the Richard King Mellon Foundation, the largest philanthropic foundation in the region and one of the 50 largest in the world. Located on the second floor of the Produce Terminal Auction House, the approximately 18,000-square-foot fitout created a modern, highly functional workplace featuring a kitchen, additional restrooms, fitness center, large event space, and open office co-working areas. The space incorporates locally sourced hardwood flooring throughout, backlit feature walls, and seamless office-front glass to support a refined, collaborative environment. Reflecting the Foundation’s commitment to sustainability and conservation, the project was designed and delivered to achieve LEED Silver certification.
