PJ Dick provided Construction Management at Risk services with a GMP for construction of a new 17,868-sf School of Business at Robert Morris University. The first floor of the building includes classrooms, a student lounge area and support spaces. The second floor features classrooms, a computer lab, executive offices including the President’s office, board room and support spaces. The two-story, steel frame building was constructed with masonry retaining walls for portions below grade and light-gauge steel framed walls clad with brick veneer and aluminum composite material.
