Overview
PJ Dick provided Construction Management at Risk services for the addition and renovation to Seton Hill University’s Lower Dining Hall, increasing dining and serving space for students, faculty and staff while preserving its historic integrity. Renovation of the century old building consisted of retaining many historic architectural elements of the original structure to preserve the character of the building while also bringing the dining hall up to date with today’s technology standards. The project increased seating capacity to accommodate Seton Hill’s growing enrollment.
