Sewickley Academy Senior School Renovations

PJ Dick is providing CM at Risk services for the Sewickley Academy Senior School Renovations – Phase I, a multi-phase project focused on modernizing and enhancing existing academic facilities on the Sewickley, Pennsylvania campus. The work includes interior renovations, reconfiguration of learning spaces, and upgrades to building systems and finishes to support contemporary educational needs. Completed within an active school environment, the project is carefully phased to minimize disruption to campus operations and align with the academic calendar. PJ Dick is utilizing a collaborative, open-book approach to GMP development to ensure transparency, cost control, and on-time delivery.
