Overview
PJ Dick provided CM at Risk services for the $14 million construction of a 74,500-square-foot, six-story hotel featuring 110 suites, as well as meeting and conference space. Completed in 2010, the project was delivered several weeks ahead of schedule, allowing the owner to open in time for a sell-out weekend. Through effective project management and cost control, PJ Dick also returned $190,000 in contingency savings to the owner at project completion.
