St. Clair Hospital Amblitory Care Center

PJ Dick provided preconstruction and construction management services for the construction of a new 280,000-square-foot Ambulatory Care Center. The facility includes clinical and support areas for pain management, cardiodiagnostics, imaging, administration, facility support, phlebotomy, procedural services, and medical offices. The project features 10 operating rooms, 51 pre- and post-surgical rooms, a pharmacy, café, and underground parking. PJ Dick’s scope also included management of a new access road and utility relocations to support the new facility.
