The arrott building hotel

PJ Dick provided Construction Management at Risk services for the renovation of a historic building into an 89,000-sf modern hotel. The building listed on the National Register of Historic Places and Pittsburgh History of Landmarks registry. The new, 125-key Arrott Hotel has 2,000-sf of meeting/ballroom space and 2,000-sf of restaurant/bar space.
