The foundry at 41St

PJ Dick provided General Contracting services for the construction of a new 191-unit apartment building. The project included a surface garage, pool, and common area for the public. The site is located adjacent to the Allegheny Valley Railroad line, which required planning of crane placement to avoid swings in its path.
