PJ Dick Provided Construction Management at Risk services for construction of a 208-spot vertical expansion of an existing 2-1/2 story parking garage. The project consisted of a three-story steel/curtainwall stair and elevator vertical addition, 3-1/2 levels of precast double tee parking deck, and a four-story secondary stair tower. The team also performed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades for the existing garage’s infrastructure, including light replacement, pump replacement, telecommunications upgrades, addition of security cameras, and electrical lighting control upgrades.
