Overview
PJ Dick provided Construction Management Agency services for a multi-phase renovation and addition project at The Pennsylvania State University in State College. The project began with renovation to the existing building, followed by an addition. The building was constructed to provide enhanced power, data, telecom, plumbing and HVAC capacity to accommodate the future needs of these spaces. The project consolidated the University’s psychology programs by providing flexible lab and ancillary spaces for various research and outreach initiatives. The building also features a Child Study Center, Psychological Clinic, Center for Language Sciences and the Center for the Treatment of Anxiety and Depression.
