PJ Dick provided Construction Management at Risk services as part of a design-build project for the 33,000-sf renovation of the Greenberg building, transforming it from an indoor sports complex to an academic center. The new facility is equipped with a “Fueling Station” for student athletes to lounge in, a 42-occupant computer lab, three large study areas, 15 collaborative learning labs, mobile CO rooms, a one-button studio, and administrative offices. All 31 varsity teams on campus use this facility as study space. Construction of this facility took place in an occupied building.
