Overview

PJ Dick provided Construction Management at Risk services for construction of a new residence hall for first year students at the University of Pittsburgh. The new freshmen housing facility accommodates 500 students in the 200,000-sf building. Each room houses two to three students, and each floor includes community bathrooms and lounges. The 10-story building also features a Wellness Center on the seconnd floor and a pharmacy on the first floor as well as fit-out space for future retail tenants.
