University of Pittsburgh Posvar Hall

PJ Dick managed CM at Risk services for eight concurrent renovations projects totaling approximately 51,000 sf to Wesley W. Posvar Hall. Renovated spaces included multiple classrooms, a lobby, office space, restrooms, and a food service area. The project also included new mechanical and electrical systems to support the renovated areas. The building was occupied during construction.
