PJ Dick, in a joint venture with Barton-Malow, provided CM at Risk services for a new, state-of-the-art 156-bed hospital and a 460-space parking garage on a 15-acre site in Monroeville, PA. The 6-story facility features 16 ICU beds, 126 medical/surgical beds, 12 emergency treatments spaces, 4 endoscopy procedure rooms, and a Cancer Center with LINAC. There is also Surgery and Cardiac Care space including 7 operating rooms, two procedure rooms and two cath labs along with 20 prep and recovery beds along with MRI, CT, and General Radiology rooms. The exterior facade on the six-story structure is a combination of brick and glass on the podium levels and curtainwall on the patient tower floors.
